All payments must be made by credit card or paypal. All data entered in shopping cart is secured with a 256 bit security certificate to make sure the transaction is smooth, safe and secure.
Taxes
Only Canadian residents will be charged gst/hst and pst. All international orders are tax free. If you are ordering from Canada and one of our products is being shipped from another country, - taxes may be charged again at customs.

Shipping Costs:
No Shipping charges on our dresses - worldwide.
Each of our dresses come with complimentary worldwide shipping. Also, each of our dresses is posted directly from our experience tailor in Asia using EMS, so it can be tracked from dispatch to ensure a safe delivery. Our premium dresses (over $1000) also come with a free veil and shoes!
For our other items, we use UPS, Fedex or USPS depending on which warehouse the products depart from. The shipping fees will be calculated during the checkout and may vary. We also provide complimentary ground shipping for these items in the USA on orders over $150.

Please allow 7-8 weeks for our dresses to arrive to destination after placing your order. It really does take that long to get a high quality dress created as there are too many steps invloved and many hours to put in! Don't be fooled by tailors who promise creation in 15-20 days, you really do get what you pay for when it comes to wedding dresses.
One week before arrival, you will receive your tracking number to ease your mind.
Other products (jewelry, shoes, wedding favors):
Please allow 3-4 business days processing time before shipment and another 4-6 business days shipping time via ups, fedex, usps or ems.

Engraved items require an additional day for engraving therefore will take 4 days to process the order instead of 3 days. Please allow 1 extra day for engraving 1 to 3 items, 2 extra days for 4 to 8 items, and 3 extra days for 9 items or more. Please contact us for time quote if there are more than 20 items. Click here to see more font styles. All engraved items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
REMEMBER for all monogram engraving the Last initial is in the center. We will assume that all initials entered is in the correct format.
Engraving style will be the same style as in product image. Please view product description for the amount of eligible characters in each product.
Returns:
All of our dresses:
As all of our dresses are tailor made to the individual, we can not accept returns due to bad measurements or for a simple change of mind. We guarantee our dresses to be free from manufacturing faults. If the dress has a manufacturing fault, we will remake the dress for you. If the dress is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible as well.
Our shoes:
Unfortunately, due to the fact that returns on shoes is not hygienic and quite disgusting, we cannot accept returns on any shoes that are purchased through us. All sales are final in regards to shoes, even if you order the wrong size so please know your size prior to ordering.
Other Products:
All other products except personalized items come with a 30 day money back guarantee and exchange policy. Personalized items are not refundable and cannot be exchanged. As a client, you have 3 days after receipt of item to notify us of a defect or damage. After contacting us, we will issue you an rma number to process your return. Original shipping fee is non refundable and return shipping fee is paid by the client.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the item ordered is a dress, and the making of the dress has not yet commenced, cancellation will not incur costs. If the making of the dress has started, we may be able to give you a 50% refund but please contact us first as this is not a guarantee. If the item ordered is one of our other items, cancellation is required within 24hours. If the item has not shipped, you won't be charged anything. If the item has been shipped, you will be charged for original and return shipping, just like a regular return.
