What shipping method do you use?We use EMS for all of our dresses, so that your purchase may be tracked to delivery. Complimentary insurance is included. We use Australia Post to deliver our other items.
What payment methods do you accept?We accept Credit Cards, Paypal, and bank deposit and money order can be arranged for customers within Australia.
Do you offer Layby/LayAway?Yes, we offer layby. Please contact us with any queries, or for more information.
What if I am concerned about taking the correct measurements for my dress?The measurements we require are shown on the measurement page. However, we strongly advise customers to consult a dressmaker to have the correct measurements taken before ordering your dress. We do not refund if the measurements taken are incorrect.
What if I change my mind?We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
What if there is a manufacturing fault?If there is a fault with the dress, please Contact Us immediately. Your dress will be replaced at our cost.
How long does it take to receive my dress once I have placed an order?As each dress is tailored made uniquely to the person, it takes up to 8 weeks from the order being placed for the dress to arrive. We advise ordering your dress earlier rather than later.
Do you offer rushed orders?As the dress needs to be custom made, a rushed order is difficult. However, if you would like to Contact Us, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How do I enter your competition?To enter our competition, go to our Competition Page and fill in your name and email address. If you are the winner, you will be contacted by email.
Do you hire wedding dresses?Yes, we offer a hire service. As not all brides wish to purchase a dress, we offer an alternative. For these brides, we offer a hire service. You may choose any premium wedding dress in our catalogue, and we will tailor the dress to your fittings. We ask for a security deposit. Once the big day has passed, and the dress is returned to us in a professionally cleaned, and as new condition, the security will be return (less the hire fee). Each dress has a different hire fee, so should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. The bride is responsible for the cleaning and return postage costs.
Do you offer a wholesale pricelist?We offer wholesale prices to legitate bridal companies, whether these be online or offline. For further information, see our 'wholesale' page.
