All of our dresses:
As all of our dresses are tailor made to the individual, we can not accept returns due to bad measurements or for a simple change of mind. We guarantee our dresses to be free from manufacturing faults. If the dress has a manufacturing fault, we will remake the dress for you. If the dress is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible as well.
Our shoes:
Unfortunately, due to the fact that returns on shoes is not hygienic and quite disgusting, we cannot accept returns on any shoes that are purchased through us. All sales are final in regards to shoes, even if you order the wrong size so please know your size prior to ordering.
Other Products:
All other products except personalized items come with a 30 day money back guarantee and exchange policy. Personalized items are not refundable and cannot be exchanged. As a client, you have 3 days after receipt of item to notify us of a defect or damage. After contacting us, we will issue you an rma number to process your return. Original shipping fee is non refundable and return shipping fee is paid by the client.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the item ordered is a dress, and the making of the dress has not yet commenced, cancellation will not incur costs. If the making of the dress has started, we may be able to give you a 50% refund but please contact us first as this is not a guarantee. If the item ordered is one of our other items, cancellation is required within 24hours. If the item has not shipped, you won't be charged anything. If the item has been shipped, you will be charged for original and return shipping, just like a regular return.
